First and foremost, I think it is important to give you a little background info on who exactly I am, and what I’m about. So, for starters, I can honestly say that I have a true passion for Real Estate. I have been a multi-million dollar top producer in Lake County for the last 5 consecutive years.
Growing up as a child, my family was always very involved in Real Estate and I believe that is how my love of the industry evolved. My grandfather is a land developer, my uncle is a custom home builder and my mother has always been a Realtor from as far back as I can remember. I officially became a licensed Realtor in 2012 and since then I have never looked back. I truly love what I do for a living. It really does make all the difference in the World to actually enjoy what you do, day in and day out. I love helping people and my community. I am an advocate for my neighborhood, Sullivan Ranch, in Mount Dora and am continuously planning events and fundraisers to help better our community.

I’m extremely educated and have taken many classes to master marketing through social media by creating paid/sponsored facebook and Instagram ads that strategically target specific demographic audiences based on the consumer’s interest, making it possible to find buyers for your home quicker and more efficiently than other Realtors.. Social media is the ultimate marketing platform for this day and age and being ahead of the curve gives my clients such a huge advantage when it comes to me listing and ultimately getting homes SOLD… I pre-market as well before your home even goes on the market making it possible to get it under contract before it even hits the MLS.
