I help guide my buyers through the home buying process from start to finish and educate them along the way. I will navigate my buyer through the inspection process and protect their interest during the crucial negotiating and closing process. I help guide my buyers when it comes to finding a lender that is competent, available, communicative, and knowledgeable to assist them through the financing process, which can sometimes be challenging and somewhat frustrating at times for the buyer. This is especially true for first time home buyers, so a greatly experienced lender is an absolute must and being in the industry for many years, I have found the absolute best of the best when it comes to having a lender making the process as painless as possible when it comes to achieving the American dream of homeownership.
Being a long time Central Florida resident, I am extremely familiar and knowledgeable with all the multiple different communities and cities within the Central Florida area specializing in Lake and Orange County.
